#2154: Admin/catwalk page doesn't scroll in FF3/Linux

Great job on the Admin/Catwalk in Beta 3.
Just wanted to report that by default, I can't get the "/admin/" page to
scroll correctly in FireFox 3 on Linux. The scrollbars for the overflow
simply do not appear. I believe this is a CSS issue related to the fact
that the #main_view div is "position: fixed".
