#2284: custom routes don't work in TG2

The instructions in the
[http://turbogears.org/2.0/docs/main/RoutesIntegration.html/
RoutesIntegration] document are not very clear and don't work. If your
controller subclasses directly or indirectly the ObjectDispatchController
then custom routes information is ignored. That's what happens by default
in a quickstarted project. Mark Ramm suggested to subclass
DecoratedController instead. That seems to be the right direction, but
there are bugs in invoking the __before__ and __after__ methods.
