Old description:
> A value of 0 is not output in the value attribute of a CheckBoxList in TG

New description:
A value of 0 is not output in the value attribute of a !CheckBoxList in TG
1.1, though it seems to work with TG 1.0 and !RadioButtonLists. You can
verify this easily using the widget browser where the "Python" option
should have a value of 0.
