Hi guys, While thinking about all the problems we have got with unicode, for example:

Particularly have we ever used this settings for CherryPy? encodingFilter.on : True encodingFilter.encoding : 'utf8' decodingFilter.on : True maybe they can solve all our problems without hacking things here and there. Keep in mind that I'm not an unicode expert, I'm just wondering if this could work, it that's the case I really think it's worth investigating.
