Great! I like this enhancement!
Its more intutive for further modification since the identity classes
are placed in "model.py" as other classes.
Something I'd like to suggest:
for accessibility,
default value of "identity provider" should be "none" for quickstart.
I knew someone was going to complain about that.

We should enforce people to learn how to use identity.
Since it cause headache for users to choose explicitly between
sqlobject/sqlalchemy which they may even not heared of.
that is why sqlobject is default, seriously which webapp today doesn't was autentication?
And "none" option keeps controller.py clean, it helps for tg
promotion/explanation.
well if it's promotion then you know what your doing and you will go with none
