[tg-trunk] I'm sorry about r1525 I really blew it

I'm sorry I send that in. I made lots of mistakes.

The most important is that I send out some code that wasn't supposed to be there (yet)
that's why alberto had to clean up my mess in the scheduler.py on r1530 and r1531

even though I had test my new scheduler code I'm not sure if it works on all cases

so the commit message is missleading should that be change? does anyone other then kevin has access to change that property?

and the other thing that I did wrong is that I commit to the trunk without going to the 1.0 branch first, how can this be fix? should I merge that to the 1.0 branch?
