I agree with Jorge. Full-blown project environment for a 50-200 lines of widget code is kind of overkill. We may want to copy wordpress/track-hacks model, when there is a single common environment with sliced for multiple projects.

I have a webfaction opensource project and a normal service they are really nice.

maybe we can talk to them to provide kind of one unified project with diferent access levels.

they will give a trac instance and a svn repo.
