1) changelog update
2) ideally, we'd test against the latest SQLObject 0.7bugfix, now
that there are bugs fixed that we've wanted fixed
3) SQLAlchemy 0.2 fix needs to land
4) I need to review the commits
5- upgrade ConfigObj, so those generic errors when duplicated entry are removed.
