Docs wise, the two will definitely stay separate. I have a special
section of the docs in which all non-standard components will live.
Outside that section, the only mention of sqlalchemy is as a command
line argument to tg-admin quickstart, markup isn't mentioned at all,
and cheetah is mentioned as being part of the quickstart templates.
