I just updated the patch for Toolbox Templates Browser in trac http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/ticket/15
The Templates Browser will search all templates(.kid, .html, .tmpl, .txt) inside the project and make a list of them(code are based on il8nadmin), and you are able to preview the template by clicking template's name.
