As you mentioned, most designers would rather do CSS over Python.
Additionally, I can't figure out why you would want to use the library
unless you need to parse the CSS. The syntax for building CSS is way
more verbose than CSS is.

Finally, I tend to use a bookmarklet to edit my CSS in real time and
copy/paste it over when I'm finished, so it gets a big 'meh' for my
personal use.
