I have submitted a patch which should make it easier to test the code that uses identity, please see http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/ticket/1166 . If no one objects, I'll commit within a few days.I can't look at the patch right now. If you're *only* changing test-related code, we can put it in 1.0. If it's touching part of the production system, just commit to trunk.
Btw, if it is accepted, should I commit it to 1.1 branch only or to both 1.1 and 1.0 branches?
