A framework-independent library needs to be even more flexible and open than one that is part of a framework like TurboGears... so I think this makes sense for ToscaWidgets. TurboGears 2.0 will be 100 eggs by the time we're done with this ) Luckily, tgsetup.py will make it one install. We'll definitely need to have a script to provide an offline install solution then.
