Ooops, sorry. I was planning to announce all tha code shuffling and
provide some "migration" guidelines but had no time to do it until
now. Glad you've managed to keep up (looks like you're a good "svn
log" reader... ;)
I was in fact planning to release a first alpha in about 2 or 3 weeks
which should begin working towards API stability. There are a couple
of things I'd like to polish up first:
1) toscawidgets.js.functions needs to address those XXXs (\me clears
his throat... I mean, #XXX marks in the code)
2) write some docs. The api is already covered by the (improveable)
docstrings and pudge. However, some real-world examples and a
tutorial are needed.
3) I need to implement a way to signal all root widgets what template
language they're displaying on. The current implementation needs
manually setting toscawidgets.framework.default_view in each request.
That is fine for Pylons as the framework object only lives for one
request... but it's problematic on TG 1.0b2 which keeps the same
framework instance for the whole app's lifetime.
4) Some other minor tweaks here and there... (grep recursively for
"XXX" to find out)
