I'll suggest the following. keep the 1.0 branch maybe rename it to 1.0bugfixes? so it will become 1.0.1 if it's a bug keep the same policy for everything else just apply it to the trunk.
I have a fix (I think) for http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/910 and I want to diff against the right branch. Chris >
