I agree with you.  We have to have more tests and have "delivery" tests as
well.  But our tests should get all the problems without needing a
quickstarted project.  

My point is: how can we enhance our existing tests so that we can guarantee
that we don't need to quickstart an app and test it -- or that its tests will
always pass if we do that -- every time we do a commit or do a release?
