I remember you could edit the svn property in which the comment was
stored, but I google around a bit and didn't found it.
the command should be something like
$ svn propedit svn:log PATH -r### --revprop

check out the second color box in
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.1/ch07s02.html

by the way this should only be used to fix stuff since changes here
are not versioned.
