OK, so it looks like we have some consensus on the default for TG2.

We will use Elixir as the default,  but we'll do what we can to make
it easy to map your own classes if you want to do that.

I note some changes in SA 0.3.9 around metadata setup, and I think SA
Context is up to date on those changes, but I'm not yet sure if there
are any conflicts with the way elixir handles metadata...

Anybody know the answer to this off the top of their head, or should I
add this to the list of things we need to investigate.
