Yes, that's my POV on this too. Whenever I add someone to the committers, I give him full rw rights to the whole repository. And if I allow something to somebody, I expect that he'll do it sometime ;-) A small but: If somebody want to contribute to a project or a particular part of TG for the first time, it would be nice to create a tocket on track first, send a link to the ticket on the trunk ML and discuss the proposed changes.
