Hi,

while updating the TurboGearsTeam and DocTeam pages [1], I was thinking
that the TurboGears project organization needs a little update. This is
especially true if we expect/hope to gain more contributors in
additional roles through the call for help that Chris Z just posted,
since we would need to organize them and make it really clear for
newcomers who is responsible for what.

So here is my personal list of open issues regarding project organization:

- Should we officially label Florent and Mark as the project leaders for
TG 1.0 and TG 2.0 respectively?
Alberto, do you still have interest in taking a leading role in
TurboGears? There hasn't been much input from you in a while.

- What happended to Karl Guertin? He is officially listed as the
documentation BDFL, but I haven't heard from him in a loooong time.
Should we we designate someone else for this job/title?

- There is a SSH Key on turbogears.org for '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. Does somebody
know who this is? Should I disable the access?

- There is a trac user named "grayrest" who has TRAC_ADMIN permissions.
I think that's Karl Guertin, right? I want everybody with
administrative rights on trac or turbogears.org to be known by their
real name. Unfortunatly, not even a trac admin can change a user's
name or email address (only through the database).

So please check and update your trac account settings!

Opinions and additions welcome!
