Just noticed that paginate was broken with SA 0.4.x. While fixing this problem, I also did some refactoring of the paginate code because these type checks for various SO and SA versions became difficult to maintain. Checked this in for TG 1.1 and TG 1.0 since not working with SA 0.4 is considered a bug. Hope I did not break anything; unit tests are fine.
