Percious. OK Thanks ! I'm still working on the database module and hope this weekend have some of this job finished. I'm not an ajax experienced developer, so probably the register tool need a few refreshes for now. ( the idea is to make it full ajax in a next step )
I am very happy that you host some of my job ! ( if it's good enough ) ---------- Mark. I just read your mail, and I've thinking on a simpler a approach to the database infrastructure, we can have a table for registering different components and a few one to many relation to that, on where we can store a set of Property / Value records to each component and one for long data ( such as Text ) Thats is what I'm working on, the database and a few classes to retrieve data in a variety of ways. I'ts possible that this approach can't be generic enough for every use case, but it can make life easier in simples web schemas like contents, menus and others... I've thinking too that the registration of widgets on the database can be made automatically from a Widget List, on where we declare the ones we want on the system .. then we retrieve which parameters those widgets need and make the right Property / value registers on the database. This is a little hard work, but i think is very useful idea. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears Trunk" group.
