Yes, please open a task ticket for TG 1.1. For TG 1.0, IMHO, this should be provided by a quickstart template plug-in, since TW is not officially part of TG 1.0 and as long as nobody steps up to provide support for and maintain it, I don't think we should adopt it for TG 1.0 officially.
