No you're not missing anything. Gustavo proposes to remove some of the initial coupling between SA and authorization that I introduced in the first version to make it easier to just switch authentication backend _and_ front-ends (ie: forms or other means, x590 clients certs someone?). And at the same time we propose to change the namespacing of tg.ext.repoze.who to avoid some problems we have encountered with that.
