The only recently changes to setup.cfg was this:
http://trac.turbogears.org/changeset/5671/trunk/setup.cfg
and if I comment this 2 lines it works :-P
Now I need to know where to get repose.what ^_^
No local packages or download links found for repoze.what.plugins.sql
error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse
('repoze.what.plugins.sql')
