Not searching responsibility here :)

I'm just asking committers to be nice with Mark and me because I know
how it can be frustrating to prepare a release and find failing tests
in a part of the code you never touched...

If we all try (I do not say we _must_ at all costs) to test our
changes and commit only when the tests work, then we are saving a lot
of efforts and pain to the maintainers. And doing so we are raising
the overall quality of our project.
