How do I install it?
I've installed the new tg2, and went into tg.devtools did svn update
but when installing (python setup.py develop) I get:

Reading http://turbogears.org/2.0/downloads/current/index/repoze.who/
No local packages or download links found for repoze.who>=1.0.8
error: Could not find suitable distribution for
Requirement.parse('repoze.who>=1.0.8')

Thanks,
Lucas
