I think we have been missing details which would have helped us to understand this better: If you're working out of trunk, let us know what revision you're using. If you're reporting a problem with a specific deployment configuration, let us know that. It seems that in this case you're reporting that the SCRIPT_NAME isn't being appended to the redirection.
