quickstart don't have parameter '-e':

Usage: /media/Pythons/tstenv/bin/paster quickstart [options]
Create a new TurboGears 2 project.
Create a new Turbogears project with this command.
Example usage::
$ paster quickstart yourproject
or start project with Elixir::
$ paster quickstart -e yourproject
Create a new TurboGears 2 project.
/media/Pythons/tstenv/bin/paster quickstart: error: no such option: -e
