As I stated in an earlier email, its just a matter of someone having the time and putting in the effort to write the needed code for the new TG2 authorization/identity system. And as I also stated, nothing is preventing you from using Elixir with TG2. Support hasn't been removed, really, as Elixir is just SQLAlchemy under the hood.
