currently when we try to generate the pdf out of our documentation
with the Latex target we get errors like this:

NotImplementedError: Column or row spanning cells are not implemented.
There are a few places in the docs (toscawidgets) that are using
features not supported by the latex backend.
Since I really like the latex results I would like to know if we could
make sure the docs build properly for it.
I know this may not be a priority for code devs but this is a task
that a non developer could handle. I'm sure this would
be interesting to have a ticket for this for the next docs sprint.
