pylons 0.9.7 now requires newest webob http://bitbucket.org/bbangert/pylons/src/2154554f4ffb/setup.py which we don't have http://www.turbogears.org/2.0/downloads/current/index/WebOb/ fix is simply just use pypi for that package then rerun from our index.
