Hi Jorge, In my opinion, virtualenv already solves all non-root installation problems on Linux and I never had any issues with distro packaged headers on CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu. Moreover, I personally avoid installing any non-packaged software as root (easy_install, make install etc.). The only requirement for the underlying distro is having standard development tools and some headers installed. It is quite reasonable and, if I recall correctly, already documented. -- Timur Izhbulatov — www.timka.org --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears Trunk" group.
