Currently, the -a option of "paster quickstart" expects another "yes" or
"no" argument. I think that's a bit un-intuitive and different to the
behavior of the -i option in TG1 and the other boolean option in TG2
such as -g. I'd like to change this so that "-a" adds authorization, and
ask the user if "-a" is not provided. We can also add another -q option
that would skip all questions to the user and use the default values.
