Yea, it's an omission.  2.0.3 was a massive overnight effort to fix a
security hole, and I missed a step in the release process.   Sorry
about that everybody.

I haven't had any concerted time to go back and figure out which
version should be tagged for the release, but I don't think I've seen
a 2.0.x commit since then.   I should have time to figure this out
this weekend if nobody else can do so.
