I think that, if I could, I'd be getting my butt up to Rochester, NY, for that weekend. Suffice to say that time off constraints are going to prevent it (and the 6 or 7 hours of driving, while not bad, is miserable for a 2 day weekend trip).
So, I'll stay where I am, and coordinate what I can, for the weekend. And wish I could be there instead. In other words, I like the idea. Go for it!
