Ok. Please use a directory structure that allows adding the TG1 (and
later TG3) docs and installation files, i.e. something like
/docs/major.minor or files/major.minor as base path.

Actually I think the eggbasket (at http://pypi.turbogears.org) never has
been used (i.e. referred to in the installations instructions). I think
TG2 uses http://www.turbogears.org/2.x/downloads and TG1 uses
files.turbogears.org which are both static directories.

It seems the cogbin is just a dynamic page gathering links to the TG
related packages from PyPI, recognized via certain keywords. We could
use it for both TG1 and TG2.

We should try to migrate it to the new server and update it a bit (add
some keywords, inclose our private pypi if we have any etc.)
