There is an issue with Genshi and the stock install. This is evident on the admin/permissions/new page where the <textarea> is not closing properly and capturing the remainder of the html from the page. This does not happen with Mako on a stock install. I have found this issue to present itself with genshi in other locations where a <textarea></textarea> is declared and no content is put into the textarea. If a simple whitespace is added within the textareadeclaration, the page renders proper.
