*What Got Done?*
That's easy: We got 2.0.4 out the door finally.

*Where Are We Now?
*We're working on getting 2.1.1 out the door. This means an update to our
private index for 2.1 so as to upgrade everything we can, and some new
documentation updates as well so as to improve our processes.

*What Will Get Done This Week?*
Not much until Wednesday night. I have an interview on Wednesday that I have
to study for (It's for a C# development job, and I know zero C#). It may
also conflict with TG, in which case I won't be able to accept it. We'll
have to wait and see.

After that interview, though, I'm going to focus on a few major items for
the release: private index update, ticket triage (all open tickets that are
slated for milestone 1.1 must either be properly resolved - including test
cases - or moved to a later milestone. Also all unassigned tickets must be
given a milestone), and docs to explain a full release process, as well as
show what I'm thinking of for the new doc layout. I've got something that
will really work this time, and help everybody understand the whole TG2
development cycle: How to start a project and take it through to maintenance
mode.

Now, if people were to work on some of that ticket triage, I certainly
wouldn't complain :)
