I finally found time to fix the issues with jinja and extensions and merge the Bootstrap based quickstart.
Some work is being done on TW2 core to solve an issue with the tw2 resources injection when using response streaming. As soon as this is solved I think we can think of releasing another 2.2 beta release for testing.
