The pysqlite trac is recently spammed by (one) Asian spammer(s). They spam the wiki pages and now and then even submit crap as ticket changes.
If it happens, I delete the spammed versions of the wiki pages. The spam in the tickets can only be removed by operating on Trac's SQLite database directly.
Disabling anonymous access is not an option for me at the moment, so I have to live with this annoyance for now.
