Not yet; the name of the file in SVN is 'ez_setup.py', but you can only do an external to directories, not individual files. The other issue of course is that the eby-sarna SVN version is only updated when I actually make a release, which is not necessarily the same time at which I update the version numbers in revision control! So, I don't think I'll be changing this at the moment, without some thought as to how to keep it separate.
