I vaguely remember seeing some mention about not founds not going through _cpOnError. We definitely should get to the bottom of this and add it to quickstart.
Agreed, that's the right thing to do.
I'm quite certain it gets called for exceptions. I was running tests
earlier today that relied on this.
I'll poke around this weekend and see if I can turn something up as well.
