[TurboGears] Component CatWalk in Trac

I was browsing trac when I see that 5 tickets in 17 active tickets for
0.9 are about CatWalk.

I believe that TurboGears should be having more components:
  TG-CatWalk
  TG-General
  TG-Documentation
  TG-JSON
