[TurboGears] something problem when I "python wiki20-start.py"

when I try to follow the wiki20 tutorial and run "python
wiki20-start.py"
i got something problem when it show the line "HTTP INFO Serving HTTP
on http://localhost:8080/";
There's no error traceback, but just stop and do nothing.
I tried this command on both Gentoo Linux and Windows XP, and I got the
same situation.
both of my OS have installed apache server. may this cause effects?
