Guyon, Unfortunately, you're not the only person with this issue.
A few of us have this issue too, and I seem to remember it being tracked down to an infinite loop whilst recompiling the base Toolbox template.... and it's an issue only under Windows for some reason. Hang in there, though - toolbox is very nice!
