I'm getting an interesting error when I try to submit a new ticket to Trac... it's a response 412 "Precondition Failed".
The precondition on the request for the URL /turbogears/newticket evaluated to false. A google search was not enormously informative, and it looks like others have been successful in submitting tickets.
