Hm. Try typing "easy_install setuptools", and tell me the exact version of setuptools it says is installed. I've tried to reproduce the failure with the latest version and so far have not been able to. I'm using a different path with a space in it, but it seems to me any path with a space should still work. Are you also positive that it's a *new* tg-admin.exe, and that it's installed in the directory that you think it is in?
