Hi, It seems like Site5 only has support for Python 2.2.3 (from reading this blog post http://www.petersblog.org/node/900). I just emailed their sales department asking if (or when) they will support 2.4.
Dreamhost just recently added Python 2.4.1, and there is a walkthrough for getting Django working with Dreamhost, so TurboGears is definitely a possibility there.
