Right, the rpm update of Pyrex solved the install problem with
cElementTree.
Initially  searched the mail archives on the error message and didnt
find anything directly related to my install problem on fc4.  I also
tried easy_install with no more progress. Since I started trying to
install turbogears without knowing anything about the modules being
used;  the error message wasnt much help to me.  It was some emails
from windows users that gave a clue that Pyrex might be involved.
The updated Pyrex rpm is dated sept05 so I thought it was worth
mentioning in the list in case other fedora users are having similar
problems.

Now onto the tutorial and a refresher with postgres.
